Steve Hall started as a bricklayer in 1982 in London Bridge, working on a major redevelopment alongside the River Thames, working from the bridge all the way along to the then soon-to-be Millennium Dome. 

 

During this time, Steve also enhanced his skills in steel fixing whilst working with his father. Using these skills, Steve worked as a metal fabricator, developing these skills whilst also educating himself in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and schedules. 

 

Looking to develop his skillset further, Steve then undertook training with 'Bovis' as a painter and decorator where he achieved his C&G in advanced craft.
